TIGSweepstakes said on Aug. 24 that it had expanded its platform architecture for interactive e-commerce and digital collectible models, aiming the software at consumer brands, entertainment operators and digital publishers entering the U.S. market. The company said the platform is meant to move beyond traditional casino-style experiences and into formats such as digital trading cards, mystery unboxing and gamified quest passes.

According to the announcement, operators can launch with the updated turnkey sweepstakes casino software suite in 4 to 6 weeks. Every deployment is powered by an automated sweepstakes management core with a configurable three-step promotional flow, and the package includes configurable compliance controls, automated compliance safeguards, ongoing technical infrastructure support and integrations with established payment providers.

TIGSweepstakes said the platform is built around genuine digital collectibles and entertainment purchases rather than virtual casino games, allowing it to operate under standard e-commerce merchant classifications. It said the system is configured around advertising policies, certification requirements, jurisdictional rules and other business-model requirements for each channel.

The company framed the launch as a response to tighter conditions for sweepstakes casino operators, pointing to regulatory scrutiny, advertising bans on major digital networks and high-risk merchant processing barriers in restricted U.S. states. It also described a bespoke version for enterprise groups that need tailored workflows, custom UI/UX, source-code availability, bespoke promotional flows and custom wallet logic, along with modular extensions into sweepstakes sportsbooks and prediction markets.

TIGSweepstakes said the updated suite delivers three scalable engagement models. It cited Mordor Intelligence projections that put the global gamification market at $36.46 billion in 2026 and $112.32 billion by 2031, a 25.24% annual growth rate, and said adjacent digital trading card and mystery unboxing commerce represent an addressable global market of more than $36 billion.

The regulatory emphasis fits a broader legal backdrop. Sprintlaw says sweepstakes rules are the contract between a business and participants, that state laws can add eligibility, registration and bonding requirements, and that the FTC expects online disclosures to be easy to find and understand. AP has separately reported that sports wagering platforms and prediction markets increasingly use memes and casual presentation to reach young users, and that a study of 588 million Polymarket trades found 69% of users lost money. AP also noted that some sweepstakes-based wagering products are accessible to users 18 and older in many U.S. states.
